Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to current e-commerce and consumer protection regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their decision within the aforementioned period by e-mail to [novahairògmail.com] or via the dedicated contact form on the website.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must:

be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal communication;

be intact, unused and in the same condition in which they were received;

be complete with any accessories, instructions, labels and original packaging;

be adequately packaged to avoid damage during transport.
The Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in the event of a decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return Procedure

Unless otherwise indicated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refund
Once the return has been received and compliance with the above conditions has been verified, the refund will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of their shipment.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
All payments received relating to the returned products will be refunded, including any standard delivery costs incurred for the original order, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, including, by way of example:

customized or tailor-made products;

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery;
